Three different times all bad experiences. Sent my car to get fixed and was never work on. Refused to properly diagnose the correct problem with my car. No loaner available with ext warranty and dedicated cust My car broke down (the 3rd car I’ve purchased from Gibbons) I had already had to replace the motor at 3,000 miles! I’ve never had any other issues but My car broke down (the 3rd car I’ve purchased from Gibbons) I had already had to replace the motor at 3,000 miles! I’ve never had any other issues but this with Gibbons they never are able to provide a loaner vehicle, Ford actually authorized a rental when my motor needed to be replaced. Now I’m out of pocket so far $150 for the tow and so far $400 for the rental car they have had my car since 8/8/19 and said it will be another 3-4 days before they can even look at it and they can’t use my extended warranty ( to file a claim and cover my rental and tow) because they are still using my 5 year 60,000 mile Ford coverage!! I’m so frustrated with them! More
Extended Service/No offer of loaner vehicle I needed the flex pipe repaired in my vehicle so I made an appointment with Gibbons Ford Service. The day of my service (wednesday), I dropped the car I needed the flex pipe repaired in my vehicle so I made an appointment with Gibbons Ford Service. The day of my service (wednesday), I dropped the car off early with no issues. Several hours later i received a call from the service representative telling me that they found a transmission leak and another exhaust leak. The service representative went on to tell me that my car would not be done until Monday or Tuesday due to them not having the required parts. So the projected out of commission time is five to six days. I understood everything, no one else’s fault to have unforeseen issues which I’m thankful they found. However, when i asked if they had a loaner vehicle, they told me that they did not. The representative said that i can go on an emergency list for when one comes available. So now I’m out of a vehicle for the next few days. This was the only issue I’ve had with them other than the normal vehicle maintenance that takes an hour and a half to two hours for an basic oil change and tire rotation. More

Service took me for a ride Brought truck in for service and they told me it needes front brakes and roters. When I got back to pick up truck I wanted to look at the rotors the o Brought truck in for service and they told me it needes front brakes and roters. When I got back to pick up truck I wanted to look at the rotors the only difference in mine and the new ones were the dents they put in the driver's side and rust on the outside. They quit working on my truck to work on other vehicles said I could get my truck later not the time I was told. They said I could. Just come back. The next day. Not happy at all. I have had much better service with flyby night places. More

Every time we call for a problem with our ford vehicles, by the way purchased at gibbons ford with ford premium warranty, its always an awful experience 2 months out for service with loaner, a month without loaner EVERYTIME!!! And when its there for the appointment they have it tied up for at least a week sometimes its been longer. Call Heather, she has a book of excuses. Even tried talking to the BIG MAN Daryll Jayne himself, he ought to be ashamed to call himself a business man. He obviously wasn't schooled under Marty. That man worked so hard to build that business but quickly and surely Heather and Mr. Jayne are running it into the ground. He is rolling over in his grave watching it unfold. The commercials are a joke, something to laugh at for sure. Called another Ford dealership in area got vehicles in for repair with a loaner in under a week. Gibbons could learn a lot from their service departments. Also purchased a brand new Ford Ecosport titanium from a dealership in Philadelphia and their service department is equally very helpful and kind with quick service and loaners for my daughter. We will never purchase a vehicle from Gibbons Ford again. Its a shame a few could ruin a very good reputation for a business. Sorry Marty all your hard work and dedication to your beloved community and lifelong family customers was all in vain. More
Faulty Transmission....no help Everyone at Ford Knows the transmission on their Fiesta vehicles are faulty. Instead of admitting the problem they tell you it is normal. You bring the car in, the do an update, the car runs better for a few days then goes right back to its normal self. There is actually a class action lawsuit regarding the transmission, yet the people at Ford treat you like you are crazy. You are stuck paying for a vehicle that they will not fix. It is almost unbelievable. Anyone who thinks Ford cares about their customers should take a ride in my car. You would literally be shocked. The only thing more shocking about the ride is the refusal of Ford to do anything about it. More

Brandon the service advisor said he would take care of submitting the rebates. Some 9 weeks later I called to ask about the rebates and Brandon said it came back because the rebates started on September 1 so he changed the date and resubmitted them ! I was pretty sure he was lying so I called Michelen and was told the rebates started in mid August. I called back and talked to Heather the service manager and she said she was sort for the “ miscommunication “ More

I called on her behalf, spoke with Mark who referred to Brandon, rude, arrogant. Once again, 22 cars all out. Quite intetesting!! Feels like he is taking advantage of the elderly. Gateway Ford would have never treated my parents like this! More
