There is nothing to discus at this juncture. I have vechile and it was done properly. I will however again review points one more time. You do not have a true online sales program it is a shameful bait and switch to get people in the dealership that is just wrong. Secondly, once in the dealership you put the customer through a horrible high pressure experience which is not what people want these days. Your dealership is not up with the times it's still operating under principles from the 90s. This is the electronic age get with it. Customers dont like high pressure told if they wont speak to the finance manager there deal wont be processed that's uncallled for. This experience not only devalued your dealership but Ford as well. The dealership I purchased my vechile from did everything online and delivered it to me no contact no questions asked. The paperwork was done docu sign and all documents were scanned how is that difficult for your dealership my advice take down your online sales because its false advertising . You gave no idea what an online sale is.

I am done with Gibbons Ford and will buy elsewhere and have already purchased a new vehicle for my wife. Letting me leave your place knowing there was an issue is all that is needed to never do business with you again. It cost me 675.75 to have the issue fixed that your mechanic screwed up. I came right back down through the parking lot and let you know the issue with my truck. He pulled it back in and then brought it out and it then would not shift proper. All over fixing trailer tow. I have driven the truck this way until I could get a chance to get it fixed with the ambient temperature showing negative 40 when coming out of your garage. Once I get the truck to shift then it runs and shifts as it should until I pull in to a store and shut it off. Then I have to hope I have enough room to get it to shift before pulling into traffic. Almost got killed a few times as it would not shift when pulling into traffic. Never ever again will I deal with your place ! Others have told me of same issues with their vehicles coming out worse than when going in sionce this happened to me. I will aloways steer4 people that I know erlsewhere. 1i drove all the way to nazareth Ford to buy a new vehicle for my wife instead of rrom Gibbons. Do not deal with Gibbons as they do not care about doing quality work nor about the customer

Service department is horrible! Went for a diagnostic to find out issue and was told its the transmission. Took it to a transmission place and they said no it was an egr valve. So was 350$ compared to 3-5k More

My car sat in the same spot the whole time it was there. The service department never told me they test drove it at all so not sure where you got your information but none of this was ever told to me. I had to have my car towed to another Ford dealership shop where they gave me a loaner that very same day!! They also submitted my claim to the warranty company I paid for and they are covering it 100% so I’ m not sure why your mechanics couldn’t diagnose a bad transmission when another Ford Garage did without codes what would you do without computers?? Anyway I’m hoping that Gibbons will do right by me and cover my tow bill of $125.00 from their garage to the other Ford Garage. If not maybe Ford themselves will!! I hope no one else has to be out of pocket $556.00 like I was to rent a car while my car sat in Gibbons Parkin lot for days!! A huge thank you to Tunkhannock Ford!!
