I filled out an inquiry form for a car and a online sales person corresponded. I stated due to the virus I did not want to have contact and wanted the deal done online and they claim this is offered. She stated that the deal couldn't be done online that I had to make an appointment come I etc. I told this is what I was trying to avoid and she insisted I had to come in. When I did make the appointment what I was trying to avoid occurred. A pushy salesman and an arrogant fiance manager. I told the salesman I did not want to speak with the finance manager there was no need he said I couldn't leave until I spoke with him or my deal would be void. THAT IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING I EVER HEARD. They played there dog and pony show which that game went put in the 90s. People can but online now your dealership is backwards get with the times people want to make deals without high pressure pr the show they put. I bought a car from another dealer who delivered it to my home no issue and not once did I have to go to the dealership. Get with the times no one likes to pressured. Your dealership is the worst. Came out with more problems than went in with Had my trailer tow fixed and sat there for hours. told me it was done and when I pulled out of garage and started up through the lot I saw my ambient Had my trailer tow fixed and sat there for hours. told me it was done and when I pulled out of garage and started up through the lot I saw my ambient temperature was -40. Turned right around as 1i am always looking at this and went in at 39 degrees. Mechanic seemed ignorant and finally pulled it back into garage and i waited outside. He came back out with my truck in about ten minutes and told me my problem was from here to here and sent me on my way without ever fixing. I headed down to the light from their dealership and truck was not shifting right. I called when i got home and was told to bring it back. I told them i should never had been sent out of there with my truck in the condition they had it in. I was afraid to let them touch it again and it cost me several hundred dollars more to get it fixed elsewhere ,Problem ended up being mechanic at gibbons use a pick in terminal end of electric block and spread the terminal so there was not a good connection which in turn caused shifting problems and ambient temperature sensor not to work. will never buy another vehicle or do business with Gibbons Ford again. More
Service department is horrible! Went for a diagnostic to find out issue and was told its the transmission. Took it to a transmission place and they said no it was an egr valve. So was 350$ compared to 3-5k find out issue and was told its the transmission. Took it to a transmission place and they said no it was an egr valve. So was 350$ compared to 3-5k for a trans. Went back and wouldnt even give me a partial refund. and wouldnt even admit blame. Never go there for anything but oil changes not worth it. More

Good dealer; poor service I dropped my truck off on The evening of October 6. They confirmed that the rear defrost was not working and needed to be replaced. They said that it would cost me approximately $600 even though I have an extended warranty. They said this would not be covered, however two years ago the same issue occurred and it was it’s covered under the extended warranty. It took them until October 16 to get the vehicle repaired. Originally I was going to be done on 11th, then 12th, then 14th or 15th.....finally done on 16th after leaving numerous voicemails for my customer care rep and then I placed a call to service manager. I requested that the deductible be waived since this service was handled poorly, the manager said she didn’t feel it was. Gibbons claims Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance.......well my satisfaction wasn’t fulfilled and I will look for a better dealership. More
Three different times all bad experiences. Sent my car to get fixed and was never work on. Refused to properly diagnose the correct problem with my car. No loaner available with ext warranty and dedicated cust My car broke down (the 3rd car I’ve purchased from Gibbons) I had already had to replace the motor at 3,000 miles! I’ve never had any other issues but My car broke down (the 3rd car I’ve purchased from Gibbons) I had already had to replace the motor at 3,000 miles! I’ve never had any other issues but this with Gibbons they never are able to provide a loaner vehicle, Ford actually authorized a rental when my motor needed to be replaced. Now I’m out of pocket so far $150 for the tow and so far $400 for the rental car they have had my car since 8/8/19 and said it will be another 3-4 days before they can even look at it and they can’t use my extended warranty ( to file a claim and cover my rental and tow) because they are still using my 5 year 60,000 mile Ford coverage!! I’m so frustrated with them! More
Extended Service/No offer of loaner vehicle I needed the flex pipe repaired in my vehicle so I made an appointment with Gibbons Ford Service. The day of my service (wednesday), I dropped the car I needed the flex pipe repaired in my vehicle so I made an appointment with Gibbons Ford Service. The day of my service (wednesday), I dropped the car off early with no issues. Several hours later i received a call from the service representative telling me that they found a transmission leak and another exhaust leak. The service representative went on to tell me that my car would not be done until Monday or Tuesday due to them not having the required parts. So the projected out of commission time is five to six days. I understood everything, no one else’s fault to have unforeseen issues which I’m thankful they found. However, when i asked if they had a loaner vehicle, they told me that they did not. The representative said that i can go on an emergency list for when one comes available. So now I’m out of a vehicle for the next few days. This was the only issue I’ve had with them other than the normal vehicle maintenance that takes an hour and a half to two hours for an basic oil change and tire rotation. More

Service took me for a ride Brought truck in for service and they told me it needes front brakes and roters. When I got back to pick up truck I wanted to look at the rotors the o Brought truck in for service and they told me it needes front brakes and roters. When I got back to pick up truck I wanted to look at the rotors the only difference in mine and the new ones were the dents they put in the driver's side and rust on the outside. They quit working on my truck to work on other vehicles said I could get my truck later not the time I was told. They said I could. Just come back. The next day. Not happy at all. I have had much better service with flyby night places. More
