If I could go negative stars I would. I purchased a car from out of state and was led to believe the car was clean and good shape. Upon delivery I could see it was mis-represented, but di I purchased a car from out of state and was led to believe the car was clean and good shape. Upon delivery I could see it was mis-represented, but did not imagine how bad it was. I took it to a dealership in my state after getting it home and they informed me that the frame had been painted black, not undercoated. Also that the entire car had extreme hail damage, they showed me the top of the truck and it was in horrible shape. AFTER I put down the deposit they informed me there was just a few MINOR hail spots and that they would fix it. I should have known then as it was said AFTER I had asked numerous questions about condition and put a deposit down. There are much more scratches, rust, dents, and nicks then was disclosed or noticeable at the time. I have purchased many cars and I kept asking questions prior to arriving and got vague answers. I should have walked away but I flew in. It is really simple, I was ripped off and they knew what they were doing. Run, don't walk away. This is especially hard because I am a Ford fan and this dealership is not a good representation of the brand. More

Trying to order the Maverick, and the sale lady just screwed me out of my order because she was off the day before and couldnt tell me the info i nee Trying to order the Maverick, and the sale lady just screwed me out of my order because she was off the day before and couldnt tell me the info i needed to order that day....so now i am out of my order and have no idea when i can put my order in...i have waited MONTHS just to put in this order, and i miss out because Cindy was off yesterday and didnt tell me that was my last day to order. Now im waiting MONTHS MORE because she failed to contact me or hand me off to another sales person who was there that day. SCREW YOU CINDY! YOU F*ed me out of my pre order! More
