If I could go negative stars I would. I purchased a car from out of state and was led to believe the car was clean and good shape. Upon delivery I could see it was mis-represented, but di I purchased a car from out of state and was led to believe the car was clean and good shape. Upon delivery I could see it was mis-represented, but did not imagine how bad it was. I took it to a dealership in my state after getting it home and they informed me that the frame had been painted black, not undercoated. Also that the entire car had extreme hail damage, they showed me the top of the truck and it was in horrible shape. AFTER I put down the deposit they informed me there was just a few MINOR hail spots and that they would fix it. I should have known then as it was said AFTER I had asked numerous questions about condition and put a deposit down. There are much more scratches, rust, dents, and nicks then was disclosed or noticeable at the time. I have purchased many cars and I kept asking questions prior to arriving and got vague answers. I should have walked away but I flew in. It is really simple, I was ripped off and they knew what they were doing. Run, don't walk away. This is especially hard because I am a Ford fan and this dealership is not a good representation of the brand. More

Waste of time. Now im waiting MONTHS MORE because she failed to contact me or hand me off to another sales person who was there that day. SCREW YOU CINDY! YOU F*ed me out of my pre order! More

I would rate less than 1 if possible. I hadmy vehicle in for them to check an air bag light that came on and they damaged the vehicle. Went to take my 2017 Ford Escape to get engine oil change and tire rotation,along completely my oil change I notice tech just put oil in the engine and closed the hood to my car.He didn't even check for prop and tire rotation,along completely my oil change I notice tech just put oil in the engine and closed the hood to my car.He didn't even check for proper oil level at all.My car was ready for pick up and seen a big pool of oil under my car.Had to wait at the garage fir the tech to fix the problem again.Then by the time I got home heard a noise under my car to realized dust for the engine came loose and bent back under my car,how disappointing, will probably not go back for any other services.
