I purchased a 2008 Certified Ford Mustang on 4-4-2013. To date this car has been returned to the dealer 8 times for the same two issues, Twice the exhaust system was falling off the car. My Mustang has been at the dealer a total of 9 weeks and counting. They were nice enough to give me a dirty loaner, but I would prefer to drive the car I am making payments on and not a loaner. The general manager refuses to take the car back or even consider me picking another from the lot. I had dealt with Gibbons in the past and I guess you really never know how good or bad they will be until you have a problem. At no point has anyone from the dealership ever used the word "sorry". I will not deal with Gibbons Ford in the future. As for Ford Motor Company, all they tell me is that I need to work with the selling dealer. Big help they are too. More

I was looking for a new F250 and Kurtis showed me a leftover 2012 that was perfect for my needs. He took the time properly show around the truck and I decided to buy it. When our decision was made, Kurtis spent an extensive amount of time reviewing all of the cars features to be sure that we were familiar with and comfortable with all the vehicle functions with special attention to the newest technology - he synced our phones and reviewed the use of voice commands and park assist. I hate when car dealers seem pushy or like they are playing games like "let me go talk to my manager" but none of this happened. Kurtis was very knowledgeable and low pressure.
