Wally my service can never call me back, I would always have to call him. For like an instance, I brought my car in. I talked to him at 8:30 in the morning. I had to call him back at 2:30 PM and he said let me call you right back and then left the building. Nobody could find him and then I called at 4:30. He said I’m back, give me a few minutes and I’ll call you back. I tried calling again at 5 o’clock. He said I told you I’d call you back. I said look you guys close at 5 o’clock. I just wanted to touch bases with you and then he proceeded to say again, I’ll call you right back and he did not call me back until 730 at night after I was in bed . More
