Would you believe - some times things go well. A recall for my wife's 2006 Ford Fusion. Went very well, later Mr. Allegrini called to advise the vehicle is ready. Please note that Mr. Allegrini while dropping off our car was effecient, friendly and polite during his receiving our information about the recall and setting up info for your dealership's computer for future contacts. Later, he called for the pick up. He remembered us from the morning arrival and continued to be very friendly, and polite. Realizing that the service aspect of any dealership can be rushed and hectic at times and tempers can grow short. Mr. Allegrini was the total opposite of that and made a very good impression upon us and is, in our opinion, a wonderful asset for your Tasca dealership. Thanks for asking and listening. 1st time service for used car Lucas was persistent in finding the right way to resolve a very complicated problem with the heat in my used car. He explained in "layman terms" exactly what he did and why, and then what he wanted to try the next time I could bring it in. He contacted the Ford corporation to illicit their assistance in what to do. It felt like Lucas was personally invested in resolving this problem to my satisfaction. He even went on a test drive with me to make sure that the problem had been resolved to my satisfaction. Cheyenne was very concerned after learning that I had hurt my ankle while answering her phone call to provide me with an update. She was very attentive to my needs and even brought my car right to the service door, so I wouldn't have to walk too far. And she called Lucas in to speak to me when I had a question about the car's performance. More
Tasca Ford: Always Great! I have my vehicle serviced by Tasca Ford exclusively. I use the Quick Lane Service when I can, which is very convenient as no appt is necessary, and I I have my vehicle serviced by Tasca Ford exclusively. I use the Quick Lane Service when I can, which is very convenient as no appt is necessary, and I usually get "The Works" service which involves an oil change, tire rotation, tire press. and a check of all fluids and systems. Tasca always performs a great job and takes about one to one and a half hours for this. Pretty good for walk-up service, I think, and I and my car always leave happy. More
PROBLEM WITH RTE REAR TURN SIGNAL & OTHER LITES NOT WORKING DAN WAS THE MAN WHO TOOK CARE OF US, HE HAS A GREAT PRSONALITY AND IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN EXPLAINING JUST WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND HAD OUR CAR REA DAN WAS THE MAN WHO TOOK CARE OF US, HE HAS A GREAT PRSONALITY AND IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN EXPLAINING JUST WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND HAD OUR CAR READY TO GO, TOTAL BILL WAS MORE THEN FAIR. WHEN HE PROMISED, DAN IS A REAL ASSET TO THE TASCA FAMILY. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TASCA TO MY FRIENDS. ALSO, THE CASHIER WHO TOOK CARE OF OUR PAYMENT WAS VERY FRIENDLY WITH A NICE SMILE. First pleasant oil change ever! Received a greeting right away which was not the way dealership was when Tasca first took over. Used a mail coupon for "The Works" oil change. Whole oil change, etc took 1-1/4 hr. I like the waiting room change. Much cleaner look. So glad Tasca got its act together bc previous experiences were not pleasant. Customer service was non-existence before when company first replaced Morande. More
Service is terrible Brought my car in for an oil change and rotate. There were 3 cars ahead of me, I was told it would be about an hour for my car to get in and another h Brought my car in for an oil change and rotate. There were 3 cars ahead of me, I was told it would be about an hour for my car to get in and another half to get out. I waited 2 and a half hours for my car. Then two days later, I needed to put air in my tires and noticed that one of my lug nuts was completely destroyed to the point of not being able to remove it. They replaced it, but over torqued all the wheels, and denied it. I don't trust their service department at all. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ANY TASCA DEALERSHIP! More
