Above and beyond I recently went in for an alignment on my 03 expedition and after the technician Brandon completed the job he went for a drive with me. I was not sati I recently went in for an alignment on my 03 expedition and after the technician Brandon completed the job he went for a drive with me. I was not satisfied and he then took the vehicle in and tweaked the alignment again before asking me to go on another test drive. I asked if it could be better (realizing that my vehicle is old) and he said that he could check it again. I did not have time so he and the service advisor Cheyenne told me that I could come in the next day. Brandon then completed the alignment on the next day and it runs perfectly straight. He did not have to go to that extreme but bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. Thanks so much for the attention to detail. J.G. More
