I went in for differential with quoted 4. 5 hrs 2300, I had an appointment scheduled for 9am, was supposed to receive my car no later than end of the day. my car sat for 4 days in same spot no 5 hrs 2300, I had an appointment scheduled for 9am, was supposed to receive my car no later than end of the day. my car sat for 4 days in same spot no work, no update, no loaner. I had to get a rental to move around. When I show up Monday morning unannounced, they claim to have lost my paperwork, re-quoted me to a 10.5 hr job for 3400. When I requested my original paperwork, they claim they couldn’t find it. Will never ever do business with them again, or Ford period. Going to Toyota now thanks More

Terrible service delartment. This is the 2nd time ive had issues with them. This time i Brought truck for trailer connectivity issue. Was told I need a new battery before they can update module. I replaced the battery. Brought truck back for tsb regarding module and plug. They didn't replace the plug like I asked but did update the module. Said everything is working. Got home plugged in trailer. Surprise surprise still doesn't work. This after paying a 100 dollar deductible. brought truck back again they replaced the plug said it's working. bring it home and nope not working. tried to make a follow up appointment and couldn't even get a call back. I'm done with this dealer More
