Happy customer! I had check engine light on that I thought was related to prior service which I mentioned on a survey. I received a call from Dan the service manager I had check engine light on that I thought was related to prior service which I mentioned on a survey. I received a call from Dan the service manager to come in the next day. Turns out it wasn't related but they did the work the same day and were so accommodating! Excellent customer service and quick turnaround. Thank you to Dan and Jennifer the service advisor for going the extra mile. I look forward to continued service at Tasca Ford Berlin. More

Mark was very polite and helpful! I arrived at 7:30 a.m. to get an lof and to have my auto locking disabled as my van always unlocked itself. I have had this system replaced twice and decided I would rather unlock my doors with my key rather than come out to my van finding all the doors unlocked. Can't seem to keep employees or get a straight answer In my opinion the company has trouble keeping employees in the Service department. Over the course of 6 months I was sporadically e-mailing back and f In my opinion the company has trouble keeping employees in the Service department. Over the course of 6 months I was sporadically e-mailing back and forth with multiple people to get pricing on repair work and set up recall work to be performed. At least two people quit or were fired and they never set a forwarder on their e-mail, just closed the email box down so I got Mailer Daemon messages after a while. The first person was working to help me out to get prices until he left the company. The second person pushed hard for me to come in to have everything diagnosed at $128.95 even though I wanted the prices for the parts and labor to just do the work in an attempt to compare if it was worth it to pay for diagnosis. Last week I sent the e-mail to yet another person and the service manager called me to set an appointment for today(7/13/17). During the phone call I made it clear that I wanted to replace the When I arrived this morning the person behind the counter said there was no appointment for my car and I mentioned that I was there for warranty work and to have the audio and cruise controls on the steering wheel replaced while they had the airbag out because the coatings on them are flaking off. I asked about the cost of the audio controls and if they even had them in stock and she didn’t know. The woman behind the service counter went and talked to the service manager and I overheard him saying that he had the car coming in for it to be diagnosed, which is not what I requested when I was on the phone for them. It was at that time I said that I would not use their dealership again and would go to one which actually listens to the customer. I will be finding one which is better managed. I know that diagnosis is nice for their bottom line because it adds $128.95 per hour on top of the labor for any repairs done, but I knew what I wanted and couldn’t seem to get any straight answers.
