Good service, terrible wait times. The service was done right, however the wait was too long. 3 hours to change oil and a battery. Even coming in to talk to the service advisor takes forever, no line, but the advisors don't appear to be in any hurry to help you. Chris Happy (advisor) gave me no greeting, made me wait for him to finish his work on the computer before even helping me. Tony Miceli (advisor) was great, very helpful and cared. I will not likely be returning because of the extremly long waiting periods. More
Not impressed whatsoever, purchased a used 2014 Explorer back in July, sales dept seemed completely inept no one seemed to have any idea what was going on, ended up whatsoever, purchased a used 2014 Explorer back in July, sales dept seemed completely inept no one seemed to have any idea what was going on, ended up sitting around for over 3 hours just for them to get the registration applied to the truck and still had to end up coming back to finish the process, before coming back I even called them so they could get the process started and still sat around for over an hour and a half. Because I was without a vehicle because my old one died and I was under the gun to purchase a car that day I never would have purchased a car from this dealership if I had more time. Then 2 months later needed to bring in to have some service down, a bad belt and they told me my A/C compressor was bad, they had the car for 2 full days and did nothing when I showed up to pick it up they started making excuses, total lack of communication, if they just would have called me so I could make other arrangements wouldn’t have been a problem. I ended up taking the car back with no work being done an bringing it to another Ford dealer Ray Seraphin Ford and they were extremely accommodating and great communication. I will never be back to Tasha Ford totally incompetent staff as far as I’m concerned More
