The crew at the Tasca Ford truck center were tasked with fixing my truck. Obviously the truck is very important to me as it is a retirement gift to myself. I had much correspondence with Seth, Chris and Sha fixing my truck. Obviously the truck is very important to me as it is a retirement gift to myself. I had much correspondence with Seth, Chris and Shane regarding the process in which to fix my truck. I was extremely hesitant and threw a thousand questions at these guys and they answered every one of them. The sheer margin of error involved with this undertaking was huge but they did it successfully. I can’t say enough about this crew but I will also include that their professionalism is top notch and I’m convinced that they could tackle any issue that rolls through their doors. Thank you again. I went in for differential with quoted 4. 5 hrs 2300, I had an appointment scheduled for 9am, was supposed to receive my car no later than end of the day. my car sat for 4 days in same spot no 5 hrs 2300, I had an appointment scheduled for 9am, was supposed to receive my car no later than end of the day. my car sat for 4 days in same spot no work, no update, no loaner. I had to get a rental to move around. When I show up Monday morning unannounced, they claim to have lost my paperwork, re-quoted me to a 10.5 hr job for 3400. When I requested my original paperwork, they claim they couldn’t find it. Will never ever do business with them again, or Ford period. Going to Toyota now thanks More
