If you value your time, avoid this service department at all costs. Scheduled appointment, vehicle not looked at until a week later. Phone calls go unanswered, messages are not returned. The crew at the Tasca Ford truck center were tasked with fixing my truck. Obviously the truck is very important to me as it is a retirement gift to myself. I had much correspondence with Seth, Chris and Sha fixing my truck. Obviously the truck is very important to me as it is a retirement gift to myself. I had much correspondence with Seth, Chris and Shane regarding the process in which to fix my truck. I was extremely hesitant and threw a thousand questions at these guys and they answered every one of them. The sheer margin of error involved with this undertaking was huge but they did it successfully. I can’t say enough about this crew but I will also include that their professionalism is top notch and I’m convinced that they could tackle any issue that rolls through their doors. Thank you again. I went in for differential with quoted 4. 5 hrs 2300, I had an appointment scheduled for 9am, was supposed to receive my car no later than end of the day. my car sat for 4 days in same spot no 5 hrs 2300, I had an appointment scheduled for 9am, was supposed to receive my car no later than end of the day. my car sat for 4 days in same spot no work, no update, no loaner. I had to get a rental to move around. When I show up Monday morning unannounced, they claim to have lost my paperwork, re-quoted me to a 10.5 hr job for 3400. When I requested my original paperwork, they claim they couldn’t find it. Will never ever do business with them again, or Ford period. Going to Toyota now thanks More
