If you value your time, avoid this service department at all costs. Scheduled appointment, vehicle not looked at until a week later. Phone calls go unanswered, messages are not returned. The crew at the Tasca Ford truck center were tasked with fixing my truck. Obviously the truck is very important to me as it is a retirement gift to myself. I had much correspondence with Seth, Chris and Sha fixing my truck. Obviously the truck is very important to me as it is a retirement gift to myself. I had much correspondence with Seth, Chris and Shane regarding the process in which to fix my truck. I was extremely hesitant and threw a thousand questions at these guys and they answered every one of them. The sheer margin of error involved with this undertaking was huge but they did it successfully. I can’t say enough about this crew but I will also include that their professionalism is top notch and I’m convinced that they could tackle any issue that rolls through their doors. Thank you again.
