The NEW truck we bought still has a vibration problem but the service people say this is normal for this truck. How come our other 10 F550's don't have this problem? Just a quick comment. I took my wife's car in to receive an estimate for repair. Ashley was our Service Advisor, and she was able to get a quote for the work to be done. My wife drives a 2007 Ford Focus and it is rather old at this point in time. Since the cost was rather high we only had a portion of the work done and will have the remainder done at Tasca later next year. The work was done within the timeframe specified and the car is running like new. Many thanks to Asley, Brian, Service Manager, and the mechanic who did the remarkable work needed. Just trying to get my car ready for winter, you know, front and rear window working properly, maybe a heated seat, only got one of those! You messed my financial situation over here (retired mailman, working as a crossing guard p/t for some extra cash, USMC, etc) ,as well as my trust in your business and industry.,I'm seriously considering some sort of litigation on this matter for many reasons. Brought m car in for an issue. The $20 part ended up costing $500 with labor and diagnostics.
