I brought my vehicle for simple oil change and was told I needed over $500 repair. They told me it was not covered under my warranty (CAREGARD). When I got home I called them and they told me it would have needed over $500 repair. They told me it was not covered under my warranty (CAREGARD). When I got home I called them and they told me it would have been covered but no one called. I contacted Dylan and he told me he would call me Monday but he never did. A female did call me and asked me how my service went when I explained to her what happened she stated her boss would call me, he did not. I used a live chat on the website and I was told the information will be passed on and I would get a call, still no call. More

To put it simply this was the worst experience I have had. From attempting to upcharge me and not ordering the parts but scheduling appointments. Also not being willing to follow through on recalls due t had. From attempting to upcharge me and not ordering the parts but scheduling appointments. Also not being willing to follow through on recalls due to a “bigger problem”. The quote for the work I needed done changed 4 different times based on the different service employees I dealt with. They were not only rude but incompetent. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Awful service. More

John Breslin is the best in the business for Fleet and Municipal purchases. Very disappointed would never go back got my truck back after a accident all lights where on in the dashboard nothing was fixed and gave me the truck and didn’t care about the lights told me it’s on me.
