Continuing horrible service So I am writing another review for a service issue this time. They were supposed to replace some bad tires when I bought the car. 1st it was come So I am writing another review for a service issue this time. They were supposed to replace some bad tires when I bought the car. 1st it was come back on Monday before 4 and we will take care of it. I went in at 340 and at 440 they tell me they couldn’t get to the tires and the headlights that was out. So they got me a rental and I had to put the deposit (100 dollars)on it even though it was their mess up. I went back the next day (after I called them because they never called me) and they gave me the car and said everything was good , I checked the tires and the were fine. As I am driving out I decide to check the headlights and they didn’t fix it. I guess they thought if I left the lot they could say it was fixed. So I go back inside and they say it is a special order and it would take a couple of days. It now has been 6 days and I haven’t heard a thing ( no surprise). I called auto zone and the have it in stock ( so the dealership could if fixed it the same day but decided my safety was not worth it). When I asked them about it last Tuesday, the response I got was you can still use your high beams. I wonder if it was one of their family members buying the car if that headlight would of been fixed the same day ( I’m guessing so) More

great experience I want to this dealership with my brother, as he was looking for a car. He knew what he wanted, and Mike and the team at Tasca Ford of Berlin did a gr I want to this dealership with my brother, as he was looking for a car. He knew what he wanted, and Mike and the team at Tasca Ford of Berlin did a great job. Within 3 hrs, we test drove, and bought and drove away with a new car. Best car buying experience ever I worked with Erick Acevedo. I have never been treated so well and respectfully when buying a car. My credit is not good and yet I was treated as though it was top tier. He was insanely transparent and honest with no BS or fluff. This was truly the best car buying experience I have ever had. He absolutely understands everyone’s situation and does his absolute best to work with you. You just have to be as honest with him as he is with you. This is not a dealer that gets you excited about getting approved only to put you in a car with 150,000 miles for 18,000. They truly are looking out for your best interest. Worst experience ever I went to the dealership after calling them about getting a car I told them about my situation (credit issues). . After going there 4 times because they didn’t call me to not to come in I finally got my car on Wednesday. When I got in to pay the balance the Finance person said that it would be more and made it sound like they were doing me a favor selling me the car and the 1st thing out of his mouth is how bad my credit was and he would cancel the sell.
