All you get is the run around. Over 4 weeks and still can’t get my truck repaired. I went here because it’s close to home and planned on trading in for a bigger truck next year but now I’ll go elsewhere. More
I was very impressed with Tasca Ford's service & professionalism. They kept me informed every step of the way while working on my vehicle. They broke my windshield wipers after service and refused to fix them as it was a preexisting issue. These wipers were working correctly prior to the car being dropped off. to fix them as it was a preexisting issue. These wipers were working correctly prior to the car being dropped off. More
If you value your time, avoid this service department at all costs. Scheduled appointment, vehicle not looked at until a week later. Phone calls go unanswered, messages are not returned. I recently had the pleasure of leasing a new vehicle from Tasca Ford. Everyone that I came in contact with was extremely professional & friendly. Colin Frayne, the sales manager who I worked with, was except Tasca Ford. Everyone that I came in contact with was extremely professional & friendly. Colin Frayne, the sales manager who I worked with, was exceptional. I custom ordered my new truck and he helped make sure that all the options I was looking for were ordered correctly. He gave me a time frame on when the the truck would be built & arrive at the dealership, and he was right on time with his estimate. When I picked up the truck, the finance manager, Kat Kelly, did a great job educating me on the financial obligations associated with the deal. She was very efficient in processing the documentation and personable in doing so. All in all I had a great experience in leasing my new truck from Tasca Ford and look forward to working with them again in the future. More
Although I was happy with the fact that Tasca Ford had the car I was looking for and the initial deal I made with the sales person was inline with what I was looking for, the finalizing of the deal was u the car I was looking for and the initial deal I made with the sales person was inline with what I was looking for, the finalizing of the deal was unsatisfactory. When signing the paperwork I was presented with some additional warranty options that I declined. I was asked to sign some paperwork which was presented to me as an acknowledgment of me declining the warranty, however I come to find out later that one of the paperwork they asked me to sign, to decline this warranty, was actually an acknowledgment of the warranty. I had made the mistake of assuming that they understood my declining and didn’t read through the whole document before signing. I contacted them about this the next day however after our conversation there response to me was (paraphrasing) “ you signed it you bought it.” It wasn’t so much the additional cost of this warranty but the fact that they didn’t, in my opinion, acted in the best interest of the customer. However what I really thought was unprofessional from Tasca was selling me a car with an urgent recall. After I took possession of my car I was called a week later to bring my car back to the dealership asap to address an urgent recall. My recall was for a “Powertrain clutch assembly: linkage hydraulic hose/fittings. This recall came out on June 3, 2024 and owners were notified on June 14th. I bought my car on July 30, 2024 more than a month and a half after this recall came out. In other words they had a month and a half to address this recall which when you read the description of the consequences of not addressing this recall are :” A melted clutch pressure line-can result in loss of drive power, increases the risk of crash. A brake fluid leak increases the risk of fire in the presence of an ignition source. Why they didn’t address this before selling the car is beyond me. Read all the financial documents before signing, don’t trust that they understand that your no to certain add-ones is a no, and check the VIN number of your car to any recallls so that the car you are buying is safe to drive on the road. They will sell you a car with issues to then later call you back and have them resolved on your time. On a positive note when I did drop of my car to have the recall addressed, the service department quickly made time and had me in and out of there fairly quickly even though I didn’t make an appointment.
