Best Car Buying Experience I've Had I was in the market for a new truck and had been looking for a while. Most of the dealerships I visited did not have inventory or were not able to ge I was in the market for a new truck and had been looking for a while. Most of the dealerships I visited did not have inventory or were not able to get me close enough to my price-point. Luis worked with me, and after only a short while at the dealership we found something that worked perfectly. He listened to exactly what price range I needed to be in and laid out the deal he could offer clearly and concisely. When I showed up to finalize the deal everything was exactly as we discussed the previous day- no ambiguity or any difference in the numbers. That sounds like a given, but I have had experiences in the past with other dealerships that indicated a lack of communications between the sales force and finance folks. The car was just what I wanted and after going over everything with Fran I was to pick it up two days later (this to fit my schedule). Fran showed me what all the buttons do, the short cuts and I synced by phone with the car for hands free. I was then brought over to Carl to sign all the papers.
