Let me warn anyone who reads this post. In my opinion Tasca ford service is the absolute worse. Service advisor Dakota was friendly. If you have issues with your car, don not bring it to this place. I have worked with 4 different service managers over the past few years. That shows the lack of stability in the leadership of the department. Let's talk about my service experience. I have a focus with the well documented transmission issues. Took it here mutiple times, issue still persists. Took my car for the works oil change, didnt check the tire pressure. Car recently gave me an overheating alert. Took there, recommended adding water, ok, issue persisted. Took back and had them do a diagnostic, did a pressure test, told me I was all set. Issue continued. Took back (3rd time) due to reoccurring issue, was advised after another diag that the fan was turning on intermittently. Went back 4th time, did another diag, and now being told it's a water issue that's leaked from my headlight and rotted out the fan control module. So after four trips this is the solution, highly expensive solution that they have provided to me. How can I trust this assessment. How can I trust that this will fix my issue. When I broached the service manger, he had every excuse in the world. Lacked any customer empathy. Lacked any kind of actionable solutions. These are my many negative experiences with this dealership spanning many service managers and service trips. This place couldn't complete a simple works oil change. The lack of accountability and appropriate solutions made for mutiple poor customer experiences. Shame on me for continuing to give business to this service department. More

Truck Service dept. horrible. They had my vehicle for 3 days and could not fix, don't think they tried too hard either or they maybe some of their mechanics are third rate. Seemed to put most of their effort into finding things to upsell me on. Mike the counterman seemed hard to find, rude at times with curse words and tried to use scare tactics. This place was not always this way, something has changed. Oh, by the way, they charged me $150 for no repairs. They should have been embarrassed that they could not fix and not charged me. More
