Made an appointment to quote the cost of an oil Leak and a failed display (radio, gps etc. I was given a price of $2,700 for the radio and display and $220.00 for a new o ring on the power steering hose. I complained about that and it was reduced to $1,900. Kelly said they found one at a lower cost. she called the next day to schedule an appointment about 10 days out and I accepted. The car was left off at the service department on the scheduled date and did not hear from them for 2 days. I asked why the o ring on the hose was not replaced that first day and was told they spent the whole 8 hours trying to figure out how to fix the gps.I went down to get more details on this service call and Kelly told me that the $1900.00 display was never ordered. No reasons were given for that, and so asked to talk to Keith the manager. He said he would look into it and get right back to me. No reply from him either. So 3 days have passed and still no part or reply from Keith. WHAT A DISASTER!!!!!!!! Please stay away from this dealership. They seem to be very dizzy over there. More

My RV had a steering problem and was brought to Tasca Ford on the evening of July 1st. I was traveling with my wife, 3 small Granddaughters and was at the mercy of Tasca to get me up and running again. I Ford on the evening of July 1st. I as expecting several days of waiting with the July 4th Holiday weekend approaching. I received a text message from Melissa at 0730 the following morning and she told me they were looking at the RV now. Her professionalism was beyond excellent and she gave me every possible scenario they were looking at. She asked a few more questions to take back to the shop and told me she would be in touch. After a couple more calls from her, Keith the Shop Manager and the mechanic himself I was told at 1:00 pm that day that I was good to go. I was ecstatic and couldn't believe they expedited my situation as quickly as they did. An expected delay that could have been days only amounted to a few hours. What they did for me and my family was amazing and I was truly grateful. Tasca Ford's Service Center and the Customer Service I received was 2nd to none. Thank you all so much. More
