Tasca Ford provided an hazzle free shopping experience with clear communication all the way through the process. I waited 3 hours for my new to me truck, after I was told it was done and I took time off of work to go get it. they did brakes, said they serviced it which doesn’t look like they did fuel filter is old and it was done and I took time off of work to go get it. they did brakes, said they serviced it which doesn’t look like they did fuel filter is old and wires missing for the water in fuel sensor, low on oil and extremely dirty. truck needs tires and roof is leaking where the 3rd brake light is, and pours water into the truck when it rains. Which they definitely knew because all they did was clean the headliner, It went back once because they didn’t have time to detail and said they fixed the couple issues I mentioned at the time. The detail job was terrible truck has lots of scratches which could have been taken care of with a clay bar and buff and I mentioned to them I was a mechanic and still gave me the typical dealer run around I’ve called and texted the 2 people I’ve delt with. Got either no answer or I’ll have the service department call you. Never received a phone call. I understand i bought a used truck but the money I paid I expected more, especially from a dealer that has great ratings… I will be making note of everything and contacting my lawyer, seems like they are trying to pull a fast one and now I’m stuck with a truck that I have to pay to repair and fix that was supposedly done when I brought it an hour away back to them to get fixed. More

Last summer, I took my 2016 Edge to Tasca for its first oil change since purchasing it as a certified used car at a different dealer months earlier. When I got home and looked under the vehicle, I immedia oil change since purchasing it as a certified used car at a different dealer months earlier. When I got home and looked under the vehicle, I immediately noticed that the technician did not replace the plastic panel under the engine (which has to be removed to access the drain plug). I needed to make another appointment and bring it back to have the part put back on. Today I decided to do the next oil change myself. After removing the same panel, I proceeded to remove the drain plug. To my surprise, it seemed very loose. I found out why when I removed it as the head of the drain plug separated leaving the threaded portion in the oil pan. Fortunately I was able to unscrew the rest of the plug. Even more fortunately, I was able to purchase a new replacement at the Canton NAPA store. The salesperson agreed with me that the Ford technician had to have severely overtightened the plug. In addition, the oil filter was on so tight, I struggled before getting that to loosen. I am 71 years old and don't know how much longer I'll be doing my own oil changes, but my Edge will never be seen at TASCA. By the way, I really like the car. More
