The service staff was very unprofessional and rude. They quoted me one price for the work needed done. Then they totaly changed the amount by alot, but did not do everything they quoted. I recently had the pleasure of leasing a new vehicle from Tasca Ford. Everyone that I came in contact with was extremely professional & friendly. Colin Frayne, the sales manager who I worked with, was exceptional. I custom ordered my new truck and he helped make sure that all the options I was looking for were ordered correctly. He gave me a time frame on when the the truck would be built & arrive at the dealership, and he was right on time with his estimate. When I picked up the truck, the finance manager, Kat Kelly, did a great job educating me on the financial obligations associated with the deal. She was very efficient in processing the documentation and personable in doing so. All in all I had a great experience in leasing my new truck from Tasca Ford and look forward to working with them again in the future. More
