Keith took great care of my truck. He carefully reviewed my warranty coverage and charged me for the work not covered by my service warranty. Tasca Ford is a busy place so I scheduled my service a week in advance and they had all the parts ordered and on hand when I dropped my truck with them. Went here to get my car serviced and was told I had a small engine leak. Brought my car back to get the engine leak checked out and was then told I had a power steering leak which was gnna cost 1600$ to small engine leak. Brought my car back to get the engine leak checked out and was then told I had a power steering leak which was gnna cost 1600$ to replace. Waited a couple of days were they told me the part was back ordered. I then called the same place they supposedly called for the part and the worker said they had 5 in stock. I told tasca that they had it in stock and they seemed confused. They then got the car part days later and told me there was other people before me when my car was supposed to be done days ago. Never got it done and I took my business else where. Overall this place gave me the run around , false promises , incompetent. Will not be back again , I will also be submitting a review to google so others can be warned about this incident. Gave this place another try after a couple years ago a technician working on my car left the engine cap off causing my engine to overheat with smoke every where. More
