It took 6 months for the ordered vehicle to arrive. Very little communication on the progress of the order was offered by Ford or the dealership. I don't feel confident I was given all the available discounts and rebates, and the dealership was hesitant to provide information about these. I was told I was not eligible for the available rebates when I ordered the car, and amazingly none were available when it was delivered (in spite of TV/radio advertisements to the contrary). I walked away feeling that I was being punished for buying the vehicle outright and not financing it. More

My car has been there for 3 weeks on a Ford recall. No one has ever called to give me an update on when it will be ready...I've called them! Part was ordered from Ford...took over two weeks to get here No one has ever called to give me an update on when it will be ready...I've called them! Part was ordered from Ford...took over two weeks to get here and then there was a problem with new part so they had to order new one! Had an appointment for June 1...part wasn't ordered until June 6 and then reordered on June 10 and I have no idea why a reorder! Melissa is very nice and very kind and I appreciate her asking about my ill husband.When I call everyone I talk to has been pleasant...but being a pleasant employee isn't getting my car back to me...after 21 days! And they have no loaner cars so I have had to borrow cars from family and friends for three weeks! More
