My car has been there for 3 weeks on a Ford recall. No one has ever called to give me an update on when it will be ready...I've called them! Part was ordered from Ford...took over two weeks to get here No one has ever called to give me an update on when it will be ready...I've called them! Part was ordered from Ford...took over two weeks to get here and then there was a problem with new part so they had to order new one! Had an appointment for June 1...part wasn't ordered until June 6 and then reordered on June 10 and I have no idea why a reorder! Melissa is very nice and very kind and I appreciate her asking about my ill husband.When I call everyone I talk to has been pleasant...but being a pleasant employee isn't getting my car back to me...after 21 days! And they have no loaner cars so I have had to borrow cars from family and friends for three weeks! More
