Service desk was short staffed. Had an eight AM appointment and did not get through the paperwork process and in the waiting room until 8:30. Finally got my car back at 9:45 Drove Had an eight AM appointment and did not get through the paperwork process and in the waiting room until 8:30. Finally got my car back at 9:45 Drove away and noticed heavy smoke from the exhaust and severe hesitation. Brought car back right away. One quart too much in the crankcase. Advisor and technician blamed the computer. I think common sense would say to check the dipstick to verify the computer. Finally left the service center at 10:45. Totally unacceptable experience which could have resulted in damage to my car’s engine. More

i had appointment for oil change for 3 but my car was not taken in at that time, they had one guy working on two cars at once and I do not like that service.
