i had appointment for oil change for 3 but my car was not taken in at that time, they had one guy working on two cars at once and I do not like that service. It took 6 months for the ordered vehicle to arrive. Very little communication on the progress of the order was offered by Ford or the dealership. I was told I was not eligible for the available rebates when I ordered the car, and amazingly none were available when it was delivered (in spite of TV/radio advertisements to the contrary). I walked away feeling that I was being punished for buying the vehicle outright and not financing it. More
