8 weeks to make a repair replacing the head on my truck with no delays in parts is a bit excessive. This review is for the service department and if I could rate with a ZERO I would. Horrible service. Waited nine days to have a starter put in my 1999 Ford Diesel F250 and was informed there also was a po rate with a ZERO I would. Horrible service. Waited nine days to have a starter put in my 1999 Ford Diesel F250 and was informed there also was a power steering leak. When I went to leave, there was a “whirring” sound coming from the steering wheel and upon checking the fluid level in the reservoir it was nearly dry which means they were letting me leave knowing full well that reservoir was dry and consequently my power steering could have failed on my way home. Whenever I would call you could never speak with anyone and had to leave a message. Terrible customer support. More
