I’m giving you guys four stars because my service was done properly and my car is ready to pick up the same day the only thing that bothered me a little bit was it didn’t get done till the end of the day done properly and my car is ready to pick up the same day the only thing that bothered me a little bit was it didn’t get done till the end of the day I would’ve liked to have my car back a little sooner but I understand you guys are busy. The service manager was very polite and attentive to my needs I do give him five stars for his service though. It’s always a pleasure to come to Tasca Ford. You guys have a great environment very clean and organized and everyone is always so willing to help thank you for being such a great dealership. I also stopped in at sales and spoke with the salesman John Q he was amazing and thoughtful. He showed me and my wife a brand new 2022 Ford bronco. My wife has always wanted a Jeep Wrangler and nothing else. After visiting with John and his attention to detail and knowledge of his Ford products he has changed her mind and even though we haven’t purchased it yet it was Johns great attitude and friendly service that has us STRONGLY leaning in the direction of the Bronco I will be buying another car from Tasca Ford. Hey John if for some reason you see this review. IM STILL LOOKING FOR A GT500 Buddy so if you find me a good one call me lol. 50/50. Yes they took good caring of me. But told it would be a 2 hour job when I was there at 8:10am Car went in 5 minutes later. Had a friend pick my up Yes they took good caring of me. But told it would be a 2 hour job when I was there at 8:10am Car went in 5 minutes later. Had a friend pick my up Car ready at 3:30 pm. 7 hours to replace a "censor". Sure I was charge for those 7 hours. For a job a lot less to do. And another $300+ again. More
I must admit that at first I was not a happy person. But realized the issue was not with Tasca but with Ford, and the delays and lack of communcation. However was my Maverick was delivered. The customer service I received from Colin Frayne was outstanding. The day I took delivery he spent extra time with me setting up all the electroncis, filled the truck up with fuel. He also help set up the electronics my girl friends escape that she had picked up from another dealer. Kat Kelly in finace was also excellent she help ensure that I was able to keep my plates that I had accidentally cancelled. These plates have been in my family since the 1930. She know how much it meant to me and went the extra mile for me. She went over all the paper and made it easy. It was an extreme pleasure experience. More
