By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any car service in the last 25 years of driving ever! I’ve decided based on this I’m getting rid of the ford vehicle all together I came from a Mercedes GL45 service in the last 25 years of driving ever! I’ve decided based on this I’m getting rid of the ford vehicle all together I came from a Mercedes GL450 and bought a 2019 expedition for 54k in 2022 so why I’m in service less than 3 months of driving the car is even worst.!!! 2 hours to change a break light!! After being told less than an hour! Horrible! Why my break light was changed you ask? Oh they chose to sell it to me with water in it so this 150 point inspection they speak of!!! Trash!! The welcoming committee not happy to be happy to be there at all!!!! No signage zero directions!!! Horrible lounge NO one comes to check on you! No one!’ I will be selling this crappy ford 6 cylinder asap! Allllll based on this one experience why did I even need to be here on month 2.5 idk More

Was there 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change. .Finally went up to service desk to see what was taking so long. Was told that the oil change was done but they were short handed 2 people at service .Finally went up to service desk to see what was taking so long. Was told that the oil change was done but they were short handed 2 people at service desk and had no one to complete my paperwork so I could pay and leave! Don’t know how much longer I would have been in waiting room if I hadn’t gone up to desk to find out what was taking so long. Was told when I checked in that it would take about 1 hour. Totally unacceptable!!! More
Six months ago on my way to seal a deal on a used car I accidentally ended up driving into tasca Ford. I reasoned as long as I’m here I’ll look around Colin came over and greeted me. I told him my story and before you knew it he was showing me some great cars all in all I ended up spending more money but got a whole lot more car. Six months later I called Colin and told him the battery was dead and reminded him of what his manager Sam Lee said any problems call don’t hesitate. Well I didn’t and the next day there’s a brand new battery in my car. Can’t beat that offer More
Took weeks to make an appointment. My car has been in for service twice and they had the car listed as a Mustang and was in for an oil change. In addition, the inspection checklist included the technician signing off on the engine and gas cap. Makes me real uneasy the car was actually checked as also unbelievable Ford does not have an inspection checklist for electric cars. There was no system report from analyzing the car. Not a very good experience. More
