Was there 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change. .Finally went up to service desk to see what was taking so long. Was told that the oil change was done but they were short handed 2 people at service .Finally went up to service desk to see what was taking so long. Was told that the oil change was done but they were short handed 2 people at service desk and had no one to complete my paperwork so I could pay and leave! Don’t know how much longer I would have been in waiting room if I hadn’t gone up to desk to find out what was taking so long. Was told when I checked in that it would take about 1 hour. Totally unacceptable!!! More

Took weeks to make an appointment. My car has been in for service twice and they had the car listed as a Mustang and was in for an oil change. Makes me real uneasy the car was actually checked as also unbelievable Ford does not have an inspection checklist for electric cars. There was no system report from analyzing the car.
