You robbed me! $2400?!$660 for diagnosis, etc etc,just sick to my stomach,like people can afford that! Just trying to get my car ready for winter, you know, front and rear window working properly, maybe a heated seat, only got one of those! You messed my financial situation over here (retired mailman, working as a crossing guard p/t for some extra cash, USMC, etc) ,as well as my trust in your business and industry.,I'm seriously considering some sort of litigation on this matter for many reasons. Service was slow just to be told my tire needed to be replaced, however they charged me a $220 diagnosis fee even though they told me to go to Firestone to have the tire replaced so it was match it. Wyli replaced, however they charged me a $220 diagnosis fee even though they told me to go to Firestone to have the tire replaced so it was match it. Wylie is almost impossible to get a hold of, “he will call you back”. Also, my name is not Ray. They have been calling me Ray for weeks even though when they called me, i told them my name. More
