Brought my '19 F150 KR in for the freezing door lock TSB and leaking heater hoses. Dropped it off on Monday afternoon for Tuesday appointment. Was supposed to have an Explorer for a loaner but was given an and leaking heater hoses. Dropped it off on Monday afternoon for Tuesday appointment. Was supposed to have an Explorer for a loaner but was given an Escape instead. Car was filthy and out of gas. End of day Tuesday, no communication. All day Wednesday and still no phone call. Finally, I call at 4 pm Wednesday and the phone just rings and rings. Finally service advisor picks up and says he was just going to call me.. Sure you were!! He proceeds to tell me they did nothing with the door locks because 2 techs called out Tuesday and the parts were ordered today (Wednesday) to be installed on Thursday. As for my heater hoses, one week prior during a frigid cold snap, I came outside after remote starting my truck to find a puddle of coolant on my driveway. I found 3 separate leaks at the plastic quick connections Ford uses. I took photos of the leaks and then wrapped them in silicone tape. So when the truck was dropped off I showed my advisor photos of the leaks. Later on he proceeded to tell me the technician saw coolant residue on the frame but couldn’t see any leaks! Well no xxxx, I wrapped the connections to stop the leaks! I wanted them replaced under my extended warranty but since the truck was in the heated shop they stopped leaking and they wouldn't honor them. Really? I showed you photos of the leaks. Ever think that maybe extreme cold compromises the plastic? They said next time they start leaking again bring the truck in and they would replace them under my extended warranty. So now I have to drive around on compromised hoses waiting for them to leak again. In the end, these jokers had my truck for 4 full days and it's no better than when it went in. More

Today, 2/3/2023, I brought my car to TASCA/Ford in Berlin CT, for service. An oil change might seem simple, but what Peter & Kellie did for me, went above and beyond my expectations. These 2 indivduals were CT, for service. An oil change might seem simple, but what Peter & Kellie did for me, went above and beyond my expectations. These 2 indivduals were caring and professional, paying close attention to my needs. From the first call, I knew I was in good hands. They were able to get me right in for service, because I'm commuting back and forth to New Haven, and my car was in desparate need of this service. Thank goodness for the attentiveness of these 2 caring individuals, as well as the entire TASCA service department. I might add that the cleaniness of the waiting area, including the bathroom, gets a 10. This is one day, I will never forget. It meant the world to me. Kudos to all! Kim Davis More
