I brought my car to the dealership for a recall. I was greeted with a friendly hello. They explained what was going to be done and when I could expect my car back. We made an appointment for Recall, we made an appointment too. Have the repair done. However, when we went to the desk to check in we were told that the parts were not in stock. He said they have to order th too. Have the repair done. However, when we went to the desk to check in we were told that the parts were not in stock. He said they have to order the part and they will call us when t come in. Then we have to schedule another appointment. So apparently the first appointment was so we could make another appointment.Doesn’t make sense when the reason we made the first appointment was for that recall. It was clearly not the best way to handle it. Especially since your parking lot is always hard to find a parking space. It is a waste of my time, your time, and a poor way to run the recall program.!!! More
