I went to your facility to have my emissions done on my car. Waiting room and bathroom were very clean. It was nice that there were several coffee choices available for free. I made an appointment for a recall issue (airbag) and brought my car in last fall 2022. After leaving it for the day, when I went to pick it up at the end of the day, I was told they could not service m brought my car in last fall 2022. After leaving it for the day, when I went to pick it up at the end of the day, I was told they could not service my car because they did not have the parts. But I had made an appointment! They said they would order the part and let me know when it came in. I never heard back. I called this past week (June 2023) to find out the status of my order and no one knew I existed. I was transferred to the person who handles my recall issue and he never picked up. I called again - same thing. I called a third time and finally talked to someone who said they needed to order the part and it would come in a couple weeks. So, I made another appointment for first week in July. The next day I got a survey call asking me if my repair was completed to my satisfaction! More

I had to pay $1,000 over quoted price - I called because my fan was running too long and there was a recall for a faulty fan switch. My car was having all the symptoms noted in the recall. I schedule an appointment for the fan switch recall and a few others. The lady who set the appointment never told me that they would not address the recalls. It took three weeks to get in for the appointment and - they failed to address the recalls that I actually went in for. Getting a hold of anyone for an update was difficult. They told me it needed a very expensive water pump and told me it would be 3200.00 - my car had been at meineke the week before for an oil change and they recommended a few things but a water pump was not one of them....All of a sudden Tasca claims the water pump is leaking.....they NEVER addressed the fan switch recall that was probably causing the fan to stay on and instead charged me $1,000 over their quoted price for changing a water pump and timing chain......I will NEVER go back to Tasca again. More
