John Q was great with helping me build my bronco back in may and getting it in 2 months was fast! The day of when it got here we looked it over got my car appraised and got in the next day in and out with p may and getting it in 2 months was fast! They were fair with appraising my trade in but overall compared to other ford dealerships I was happy they sold me my bronco for the build price and didn’t inflate the price like other dealerships do. The service I received was done quick and at a very reasonable cost. They fixed a coolant leak without replacing any major parts. I was happy they didn't swap in a bunch of parts I didn't need, like reasonable cost. They fixed a coolant leak without replacing any major parts. Everytime we have service on any of our cars it seems that it takes forever! I have brought my vehicle I for the same recall 3 times either they don't have the part or they call me and say they have it, that it takes forever! Plus when the service is done, they don't both to call you when the cR is done. More

The person who helped me was pleasant and helpful. I was told that they were busy that day but they still took care of my car quickly. I had a squeaking problem in the front of the car.
