My experience has been good with everyone I have interacted with at Tasca. While there was an initial issue with the computer in the truck, Tom Moran, General Manager, and Brian Beaudry and Jessica interacted with at Tasca. I can’t speak about the whole dealership but the service center is the worst that I have ever had to deal with. I have been going here for a few years now and just keeping hoping it gets better but it only center is the worst that I have ever had to deal with. I have been going here for a few years now and just keeping hoping it gets better but it only gets worse every time I go there. Past few times I made my appointment for 8 AM hoping to get my truck back at a reasonable time, I end up not getting it back till the following day. With no calls or updates on it. I have been trying to get some recalls done on the truck those past few times and absolutely nothing has been done. This recent appointment they didn’t even look at anything. Charged me 224 for a TPMS sensor when exactly a year ago it was only 122. Also charged me 254 for “the works” and didn’t even rotate my tires. I just can’t believe how awful this service center is! I will never come back here again and if anyone considers going there for service I would strongly discourage you to do so. I wish I could give this review a -5 star rating. More
