The people who work in the service department are very good at explaining the problems that come up with vehicles like mine. They are great but a little overworked. After being a frequent buyer/service customer, I will never go back to this dealer again. I brought my mustang in there while it was under warranty and after a year the car is still not fixed. On my last visit, the service manager recommended his personal fixes that would take care of the problem. Well, it still not fixed. And on top of that, he charged me, when this problem started under warranty. Then as frustrating I was getting, he ridiculed me in front of customers and employees, and continued to instigate a confrontation. I don’t know how a supervisor in that position would enjoy making a customer that angry and frustrated. More
Brian is always respectful and does everything possible to meet the customer's needed. A courtesy vehicle was provided for the duration of a warranty repair which required several days to complete. I am beside myself as I write this. My car was towed to Tasca Ford 2 weeks ago. I need a new transmission on a 4 year old car. In addition to the fact that I have no ETA as to how long I will be without a car, I was PROMISED a loaner last week by Brian. Noone will return my call. I emailed you as well yesterday Mr. Moran to no response. I am literally going to lose my job which I explained to multiple people. I cant afford one more Uber . I just spoke to 4 different people to be told, sorry, there are no loaners. You're on the list. I am disgusted with how I've been treated and your lack of concern regarding my job. More

While there was an initial issue with the computer in the truck, Tom Moran, General Manager, and Brian Beaudry and Jessica interacted with at Tasca.
