Excellent service. I brought my Bronco in for a lease buyout safety inspection. While inspecting the vehicle my mechanic, Steve Labell, noticed the water pump was leaki I brought my Bronco in for a lease buyout safety inspection. While inspecting the vehicle my mechanic, Steve Labell, noticed the water pump was leaking and needed to be replaced. He brought me in an showed me the problem. The part was back-ordered and difficult to find; however, my service advisor, Norman, worked diligently to find a water pump and have it shipped to Tasca within a couple days. The warranty covered the work. More

Came in for a recall service and oil change. When I picked my truck up I was 2 minutes away and saw a warning on the dashboard indicating my battery and electrical system were not working proper When I picked my truck up I was 2 minutes away and saw a warning on the dashboard indicating my battery and electrical system were not working properly. I returned to the dealer and it took over an hour for them to figure out what as wrong and correct the problem. This caused me to be late for a work meeting.
