Both Brian the service mgr. and Bianca the service adviser should be fired for being untruthful about taking care of my service needs. They lead me to believe that they were waiting to hear back from Ford Motor Co. for an approval to fix my truck when in fact it was a lie the whole time I was informed from another dealership. They said that it wasn’t the standard procedure of how the well known defect was supposed to be handled. Any way brought it to Gengras Ford a month later and just days before my extended warranty was up they took the truck in, diagnosed the problem and made the extensive repairs within days, keeping me informed during the whole process with texts and actual video footage of the repairs being made. The whole staff was awesome and totally professional during my visit. A shout out to the team that took care of the issue and would strongly recommend anyone looking for a dealership to put their trust in that they should visit GENGRAS FORD. And the prices are reasonable too. Also would never purchase a vehicle from Tasca because of the issues I had with them. More

Unfortunately, my car broke down on a bridge not even two weeks later and with very little driving time the rodent infestation is not nearly addressed and it is currently at another Ford dealer in Fall River weeks later and with very little driving time the rodent infestation is not nearly addressed and it is currently at another Ford dealer in Fall River Massachusetts. This was really disappointing and rodent infestation and filters is incredibly dangerous and a health hazard and this was not picked up on at this dealership and the problem was not solved and I was almost in another serious situation driving because of it More

When you ask the service, rep the price of an oil change and a lie to you and don't tell you the real price. Then you almost end up paying $300. Chad was a big help with reducing our overall bill due to a FORD recall (NOx system). That's good customer service, going the extra mile without being asked.
