The trucks have come a long way in a relatively short time, each a bigger and better improvement than its predecessor. Ford is progressive that way. Maybe that's why the F-150 is the number one selling truck out there! That same progressiveness is also found in the several Ford dealerships I have visited in the last twenty or so years. Each time I have purchased a truck has been a better experience than the previous. And the best purchase, trade-in, customer service, value and overall confidence that I have found came yesterday at Tasca Ford of Berlin, CT. The dealership, though relatively new to the area, is very well known throughout New England. And if Tasca becomes the number one selling Ford dealership in Connecticut it will have Rick Miller and Luis Sanchez to thank for the accolades!! I met with Rick to discuss trading in my 2002 Supercrew and he could not have been more reasonable, responsive and realistic. He understood exactly what I was looking for in the new truck. A new 2013 that is. He did not attempt to push anything other than making the best deal, with the most rebates, and BEST offer on my 02' trade with 123,000 miles. Both Rick and Luis did what it took to make this purchase the best experience yet. They were easy to reach and quick to respond with straight answers to all of my questions. If they did not know the answer, they found it, and got back to me fast! The service I received between these two was nothing short of outstanding. I do not buy vehicles often. And I never post anything on line. But great work and "say what you mean" salesmanship like this should be recognized. You must first know that I bought my car at another dealership becuase I live in Hamden CT, I plan to move 20 minutes south, and Morande Ford is 20 minutes north of here. This was the only reason I bought my car elsewhere. I weeded out dealers by getting quotes online. Jack Fino beat the competition by $2000. I then called him and found him to be respectful, willing to answer my questions over the phone, and most importantly he did not try to pressure me with BS that I had to go to the dealership to get a better deal. Most other places/salesmen do not operate this way. This triggered my visit to Morande Ford. I wanted to see if Jack was the real deal, and he was. He answered my questions striaightfowardly, he took me on a test drive and sat in the back quietly and limited himself to answering my questions. Other salesmen tend to go on and on about how great the car is and how bad their competitors are. I actually bad mouthed one of Jack's competitors but he said he could not comment because that is not how he works. I would highly recommend working with Jack Fino at Morande Ford. I regret not being able to make my purchase there, but I hope this review helps Jack earn new customers that I know he will treat with honesty and respect.
