Great experience with Tasca When we arrived for our appointment, our salesman (Marin) was still tied up with other customers, so Edgar stepped in and took over seamlessly. He took us on the test drive and helped us build the Mustang Convertible that we wanted to order. When Marin finished with his customers, he took the time to take us to the back of the lot to see the color we were planning to pick on an Explorer so that we could be sure that we liked it. Absolutely terrible waste of time I went to Tesca Ford in Berlin, CT to purchase or lease a new mustang yesterday, (Sunday, Mar. 13, 2016). I looked at a few outside before a saleswo I went to Tesca Ford in Berlin, CT to purchase or lease a new mustang yesterday, (Sunday, Mar. 13, 2016). I looked at a few outside before a saleswoman came out to ask if I have any questions. I told her I have had three mustangs and I'm considering buying or leasing the 2016 model, either the ecoboost or the GT. I asked to drive both cars to compare them and asked her if we could run numbers on leasing vs. buying. She told me they don't like to let people drive the Mustangs because buyers want low mileage cars, so unless I'm planning to buy a car she can't let me test drive it. I explained that the few on the lot weren't the exact options I am looking for and said "I can't agree to buy a car I've never driven." I still want to drive both cars. She suggested I order one with those options and wait 12-16 weeks. She brings me inside and I sit down at her desk when she goes to the sales manager and asks him if we can take the mustang for a drive. She came back and said "unfortunately there are only two of us [salespeople] here today so I can't let you drive the Mustangs. WHAT?! I was showing serious interest! I asked her if there is another local Ford dealership and she had no answer, at which point I said "way to lose a sale" and walked out, completely unsatisfied, offended, and angry. I went to the next closest ford dealership 20 minutes away and they treated me with respect, let me test drive, and earned my business. Tesca management and sales should be ashamed. I hope they don't treat all their customers this way. I will be spreading the word about how bad my experience was. Thanks for wasting my time. More
FANTISTIC SERVICE Jen Robey asked what was I looking for in a new car. We asked and answered many many questions. She looked on her computer to find what I wanted. I checked out two cars and did a test run on one of them. It was just what I needed and said that is the one. She then proceeded to explain all of the equipment on the dash board and repeated some of the items that I still had a questions about. It was a lot to remember. She said to call her any time to explain again if need be. She called me a couple days later to see if I liked my car. More

Jen spent the time to explain all the details and services available at Tasca as well as completing the sale and delivering the car that day. More
