Stuck out there! We would like to give a HUGE shout out to service employees Robin and Bart! These awesome people were our saving grace! We are from out of town stayi We would like to give a HUGE shout out to service employees Robin and Bart! These awesome people were our saving grace! We are from out of town staying for a weekend beach trip when our car broke down in the hotel parking lot! Not knowing what to do we called roadside service who linked us up Tasca Ford. With just a few hours to closing and still no tow truck on the way, Robin stayed in touch making sure we were ok. Robin and Bart also waited after the service dept closed for us to get there. When we arrived stressed out and frustrated w/our lack of service from the tow company, each was friendly and helpful expressing that if we had not showed up by a certain time they were going to come to us. Each went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome really making us feel at home. Just under an hour later, our vehicle issues were diagnosed and fixed and my beach trip salvaged!!! l will also be able to make it home on time. So thank you both so much again for all you did for us. Folks like you both are what remind us there are still good people in the world. Be looking out for us to purchase our next Ford Edge from you all. We will also be putting out the word of what awesome service you all provide to whomever's path we cross. As a single woman I know what it is like to be hustled by shops that want to get every last cent for work that really does not need to be done.
