Pleasant and Quick Work I walked in without an appointment requesting the 'Works', oil change, tire rotation, check up, etc. The service folks were friendly and courteous. No negotiating on anything. I checked out a used Ford Fusion. They would not negotiate a price on the car. They would only give me $3000 on my car. Kelly Blue Book's trade in value is between $4,500 and $6,500. My car has never been in an accident. It has no dents or dings and the interior is in good condition. No rips or tears and no stains. 2013 Escape Great Service I bought a used 2013 Ford Escape this past July from Tasca Ford, Berlin CT. Since then I had several mechanical issues that were immediately addressed and taken care of by the service department. I recently lost one of the keys for the vehicle and took it in to see what could be done. I spoke with Dan from the service department who was very helpful in replacing the lost key. My experience with the service people at Tasca Ford has just been over the top. Buying a used car has since taken on a new pleasant experience, Thank You. More

Went in on a Tuesday and Jeff Mera was the salesperson to help me. He was wonderful!! Wednesday I made the decision to to go for it and Friday morning I drove home with my new car! My salesman Jeff couldn't be there Friday morning so he arranged for Larry Procopio to meet me and help me finish up the final details that day. Jeff in finance found me a great loan rate outside of Ford Credit that enabled me to be eligible for more incentive money then If I had gone through Ford. So great experience all around and I love my new 2017 Escape!! More
Pleasant experience I was looking for a new car to replace my 2003 Focus and went to Tasca Ford because of an invitation I had received. I met Jen Robey, and told her w I was looking for a new car to replace my 2003 Focus and went to Tasca Ford because of an invitation I had received. I met Jen Robey, and told her what I was looking for in a car. She showed be several options and once I decided which one I was interested in she explained all the buttons and knobs on the dash board of the car and we took a test drive and I bought the 2017 Escape on Saturday. I wanted to have remote start in the car , but Tasca doesn't install them. She told me that they have a company that would come to the dealership on Monday and install it and the car would be ready on Wednesday. When I pick up the car on Wednesday, I notice that the mileage had change since I had driven the car on Saturday, and asked why. Jen explained that the company that was to install my remote start was unable to come to Tasca on Monday, so she drove the car to them because she had promised that my car would be ready on Wednesday and she didn't want me to have to wait. The whole experience was easy and pleasant. More
