Comfortable Feeling I was very pleased with the friendly greeting, exceptional courtesy and professionalism from Adrian. I stated my needs and he understood exactly what I was very pleased with the friendly greeting, exceptional courtesy and professionalism from Adrian. I stated my needs and he understood exactly what I was looking for in the type of vehicle and price range. It didn't take long for Adrian to provide me with several options in which I was comfortable with. After several days I came back to Adrian and selected one of the vehicle he presented to me. Once the purchase was completed and before I drove off with my new vehicle, Adrian showed all the operation features in the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable off all features and told me if I need any more help to see him any time. I strongly recommend Adrian to others who might be interested in purchase of Ford product. Unprofessional, Disrespectful and Dishonest Sales Management There is no way to summarize my bad experience. Please read on. I should have turned around and left when I first walked into the Tasca dealership There is no way to summarize my bad experience. Please read on. I should have turned around and left when I first walked into the Tasca dealership in Berlin and witnessed a customer demanding his keys back to he could leave after waiting 30 minutes (his words) for a price on the car he was trying to buy. The sales manager began to argue with him in front of all the other customers in the dealership. Nope. I stayed because they had advertised a car at an excellent price on the internet and I was willing to overlook the extremely unprofessional behavior thinking it must be the customers fault. Bad move. I found out pretty quick that it wasn't the customer. I waited 5 minutes for a salesperson to discuss the potential purchase. This is not unreasonable and is to be expected. After a quick meet and greet with one of the sales managers that I interested in purchasing a particular car by the end of the month, he brought me out to the parking lot to look at the car. It was a cold day. Half way to the farthest part of the lot, he proceeded to inform me that they are short staffed and will have someone meet me out in the lot with the key for the vehicle we wanted to purchase. He went back in to the building. I proceeded to the section of the lot and found the car on my own. I waited 15 minutes in the cold until the same individual finally showed up with the wrong key. I went back in to the building with him and he handed me off to another salesman to discuss the car while he tried to locate the correct key. The second salesperson was helpful and asked the right questions to help me locate the vehicle I was looking to purchase. We started to discuss price. This is when I found out why the customer I saw when I arrived was acting the way he was. The salesperson went to "get a price" for the car I was interested in purchasing. He disappeared for 30 minutes! I was approached by 2 other "sales managers" about how my experience was up to that point. It was quite evident that my salesperson was discussing what he and I had talked about. Both "sales managers" talked to me about points I had made only with the salesperson. They obviously didn't trust their own employee and the approach made him look incompetent. My salesperson returned with an offer that was unacceptable after 30 minutes. My blood pressure was up at this point. I tell the salesperson no deal. He throws out a price and asks if it will work for me. I remind him that I will not be in a position to purchase for a week or two. He asks for one chance to get a better price. I agree. He comes back 5 minutes later with a reasonable price. I say sounds good. I will be back in 2 weeks if the deal will still be valid. He informs me it will be there if the car doesn't sell. I call one week in and let him know I will be there towards the end of the week. He tells me they will honor the deal. I go back at the end of the week. The car is still there. I ask him to honor the price. He leaves to get approval from one of the "sales managers". He doesn't come back for 30 minutes. Again, I am approached by one of the "sales managers" while I am waiting to discuss the car. I guess they really don't trust their salespeople. The salesperson finally returns and tells me the best price they can offer is the MSRP. What? 30 minutes to figure that out! Really. He then asks me what price I am offering to pay. I give him a low end TrueCar estimate and expect to negotiate from there. He disappears for 10 more minutes. The "head sales manager" then shows up to tell me there is no way they can meet that price. I ask him for their best price. He will not give me a number. He throws out "I can maybe take this much off" but never turns it into a number. I reminded him of the deal that was offered at my last visit and their promise that it was still on the table as long as the car was still on the lot. He said "sorry", but he couldn't honor it. This was after the salesperson confirmed it was on the table over the phone. Dishonest. They clearly didn't want my business. I said no thanks and left. A long story about 4 hours (yes, that is how much time I spent at the dealer) of my life I will never get back. The lesson in don't shop at Tasca. Their sales approach is disrespectful to the customer and their own staff. They are dishonest and don't honor their offers. They act in an unprofessional manner by saying anything to get you back into the dealership. Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealership. These guys are just plain sleazy. FYI, my credit rating is over 800 and I had my own financing to purchase the car. I let them know that when arrived for the second visit to purchase the car. I left Tasca and immediately went to another dealership and purchased a car in about 60 minutes of time. Nice! More

I use the Quick Lane Service when I can, which is very convenient as no appt is necessary, and I usually get "The Works" service which involves an oil change, tire rotation, tire press. and a check of all fluids and systems. Tasca always performs a great job and takes about one to one and a half hours for this. Pretty good for walk-up service, I think, and I and my car always leave happy. More

Manager lies and takes advantage of single mothers My sister bought a used car from Tasca 3-4 wks ago, and all seemed to go well. Within a week of having the car, the transmission was slipping and vibrating, so she called to schedule a service appointment and it took them over a week to see her. During that time frame, vibration got worse. My sister went to her scheduled appointment - they told her there was a problem with the transmission, and that it would be 3-6 weeks before the parts came in and that the vehicle was safe to drive. Another week passed, and the transmission was vibrating and slipping even worse to the point my sister felt it was unsafe to keep driving around with her 9 year old son. She called the dealership back, and said she wanted to return the vehicle, and they told her to come in that they would get her into something else. I met my sister there, and they didn't have any alternative vehicle options without her having to come up with an addition $2-3K. So my sister agreed that they would have the vehicle fixed if they would put her in a loaner vehicle until the parts arrived and her car was repaired. The manager we were speaking with agreed, and said let me find a car to put you in. I left thinking everything was all set, and come to find out that after I left the manager came back asking where my sister's "significant other" was... To which she responded saying it was her brother, and he had to go to another appointment. Manager walked away again, and returned after a few minutes to now claim that they were unable to give my sister a loaner car. Said they expedited the parts from another dealership, and to bring the parts back in 6 days. Sending my sister on her way with a transmission that was vibrating and slipping to spend the next week driving her son to and from school and practice in an unsafe vehicle. Great job Tasca! Highly disappointed that you would take advantage of a single mother like that. Make sure you don't bring your sisters, daughters, moms, or wives to THIS dealership. More
