2014 Ford Explorer Sport I went to Tasca to look for a vehicle and as we all know this is hard enough. Fred took the time and enough to show me every button in the car and wen I went to Tasca to look for a vehicle and as we all know this is hard enough. Fred took the time and enough to show me every button in the car and went above and beyond what he needed to do. He is a great asset to the Ford team and I hope that they know this. Also, I. believe it was the General manager Allen that helped when a windshield wiper broke and he took it upon himself to put on a new one. This is because it was after 8:00pm and the service was closed. Allen put the wiper on the car while it was snowing in his suit outside while it was snowing outside and getting his suit all wet and dirty. More

Love my new Escape I am not one who likes high pressure sales tactics. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived and was greeted with the offer for help by two very pleasant sales people. They put me completely at ease and then decided Joshua would help me. He listened to my needs, I told him what I wanted, what I didn't want and what I wanted to spend. He listened carefully and then offered a selection of vehicles matching my request. No push for add ons or moving up, just the vehicle and options I wanted within my price range. He was very polite, knowledgable and kept calm as I went back and forth between two cars with multiple road tests. I did buy the car and could not be happier. Bill in accounting was also a pleasure to work with. The entire atmosphere was pleasant and no pressure. Just good people wanting to help you get a new car. Please note that Mr. Allegrini while dropping off our car was effecient, friendly and polite during his receiving our information about the recall and setting up info for your dealership's computer for future contacts. Later, he called for the pick up. He remembered us from the morning arrival and continued to be very friendly, and polite. Realizing that the service aspect of any dealership can be rushed and hectic at times and tempers can grow short. Mr. Allegrini was the total opposite of that and made a very good impression upon us and is, in our opinion, a wonderful asset for your Tasca dealership. Thanks for asking and listening. He contacted the Ford corporation to illicit their assistance in what to do. It felt like Lucas was personally invested in resolving this problem to my satisfaction. He even went on a test drive with me to make sure that the problem had been resolved to my satisfaction. Cheyenne was very concerned after learning that I had hurt my ankle while answering her phone call to provide me with an update. She was very attentive to my needs and even brought my car right to the service door, so I wouldn't have to walk too far. And she called Lucas in to speak to me when I had a question about the car's performance. More
