*******UPDATE******** So as I stated several weeks ago I had issues with my Ford F-350 that the dealer would not own. However I was contacted by the dealers GM who at first So as I stated several weeks ago I had issues with my Ford F-350 that the dealer would not own. However I was contacted by the dealers GM who at first played hardball. A few days later he contacted me and said he would make good on fixing the truck. I brought my truck to them a week ago to be fixed. Yes they fixed the truck but only some of the issues. They replaced the rear calipers however did not replace the rotors and/or brake pads. They also did not replace the right front hub which was viewable when the hub was apart prior by Tasca when they replaced the hub lock assembley. As far as I'm concerned they didn't fix my truck they just put a bandaid on it. Thanks Tasca Oh forgot to mention they did "suggest" to change the brakes and rotors and tires and right front hub at the bottom of the invoice they provided to me at the time of pick up. Hope this review helps people to go elsewhere! By the way they asked me to write a positive review after the work was done. I told them I absolutely would. Well I would have had I been happy. Above and beyond I recently went in for an alignment on my 03 expedition and after the technician Brandon completed the job he went for a drive with me. I was not sati I recently went in for an alignment on my 03 expedition and after the technician Brandon completed the job he went for a drive with me. I was not satisfied and he then took the vehicle in and tweaked the alignment again before asking me to go on another test drive. I asked if it could be better (realizing that my vehicle is old) and he said that he could check it again. I did not have time so he and the service advisor Cheyenne told me that I could come in the next day. Brandon then completed the alignment on the next day and it runs perfectly straight. He did not have to go to that extreme but bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. Thanks so much for the attention to detail. J.G. More
