WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! After talking to them for a couple days about a particular vehicle they stated the car was in MA, after driving 2 hours to look at car that dealer inf After talking to them for a couple days about a particular vehicle they stated the car was in MA, after driving 2 hours to look at car that dealer informed me that it was in their Berlin location the whole time! They had no idea the car was there, so they tried to make it up by bringing the car to me. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt I agreed to look at the car for the front end to be completely damaged. Then they tried to tell me that the car was priced at $28,000 when the car online was listed at $27,500, along with online the mileage stated 35,000 miles to see the car in fact had 45,000! Also they were supposed to show up at my house at 4 pm and didn't show until 4:30 when I had somewhere I had to be. What makes me even more disgusted is that I couldnt even get a courtesy call from someone higher up to apologize for this nightmare they just caused!! COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE, UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!!!! More

God sent the right people to us! My daughter asked for help in buying a car. She was going to pay for everything, she just wanted help in the purchasing process at the dealership. So My daughter asked for help in buying a car. She was going to pay for everything, she just wanted help in the purchasing process at the dealership. So before leaving for the dealership we prayed. My daughter my wife and I asked God to direct us to the right people and for the best deal for our daughter. And off we went. We not only found the perfect car for my daughter at the first Dealership we went to (Taska Ford) but we also found a dealership for life. The salesman Neb was remarkable and the sales manager Roger truly went above and beyond to get the keys in the hands of my daughter. And I didn't even have to haggle!!! They came down on the price before I even asked! Now that's how God works! More
