It was refreshing and quite a relief to find a dealer that was more concerned with my needs than their own. Satisfied first time customer ,noe a lfe time customer I have been buying vehicles for about 40 years . Throughout that time I have dealt with many dealerships and most lack in customer attention and total I have been buying vehicles for about 40 years . Throughout that time I have dealt with many dealerships and most lack in customer attention and total satisfaction. Tasca on the other hand was able to do both , and more, of these. I actually had a truck that they refused to sell me . Wow when they did a full check on it , it did not pass the protocols. I was fully informed of this and was a life time customer from that moment. My guy Jeff Mera came in on his day off to finalize things on the awesome truck we found to replace that one ! Roger made sure I felt at home( he actually called me on mother's day to make sure I was ok on a concern I had) , Steve in finance made sure I was informed on all money items and Courtney got us all together. Oh and Gary had the chance to listen to me rant and took care of me ! Bottom line I was very Leary at first ( new place etc) but everyone there broke down this old guys walls and won a customer for life. More
