Francesco Lombardo - You WANT to buy a car from this man!! I was looking for a pre-owned Dodge Grand Caravan GT. I searched CarFax and found five equally acceptable options in the NY area. I research my car I was looking for a pre-owned Dodge Grand Caravan GT. I searched CarFax and found five equally acceptable options in the NY area. I research my car purchases thoroughly. I chose to buy from White Plains CJD for two reasons: 1) I knew I was buying a used car, so I had realistic expectations. I called ahead and got a firm, very fair price from the sales manager (also rare!), so the only question was to check the condition of the van. After we spoke by phone, Franco took the time to carefully check out the van. He knew I was driving 30 miles from Rockland County to the dealership, so he sent me pictures of every cosmetic defect that he thought might be a concern, before I wasted my time driving over. I have never met a salesman who worked so hard to NOT sell me a car! When we met in person, I was instantly impressed with his genuine integrity and respectfulness. The purchase process was smooth and efficient, exactly what I was promised when speaking by phone. 2) White Plains CJD only charges a $75 paperwork fee - no dealer prep/transportation fees, etc, at least for my car. Another dealer underbid the same van by more than $1,000, but after adding back their fees, their car would have been more than $1,000 higher than White Plains. Pro-tip: Always call ahead and ask about all the fees charged by a dealership, before you even go to the lot. A great sticker price may not end up as a good deal in the end. I have purchased three in just the last two years. I have never worked with a more pleasant and professional salesman. If you are in the market for a Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge, it is worth any drive to come see Franco and White Plains CJD! More

Best ever car buying experience - Oliver is great !!! I called on a Saturday, having seen a listing on Cargurus for a 2018 Grand Cherokee with 12,000 miles. Unfortunately by the time I called that car ha I called on a Saturday, having seen a listing on Cargurus for a 2018 Grand Cherokee with 12,000 miles. Unfortunately by the time I called that car had been sold. The salesperson I spoke with told me that another one had just come in and had not yet been listed. It was also a 2018 Grand Cherokee with 9000 miles. They quoted me an out the door cash price of $33,997. I told them I would buy it if everything checked out. I came in that next morning, and in literally 20 minutes had filled out the paperwork and put down a deposit. On Tuesday evening after work, I came by with a cashiers check and 15 minutes later was driving away. In my absence they had taken care of all paperwork (out of state registration, sales tax, insurance and plates). Amazing !!! I worked with Oliver McIntyre, who was absolutely perfect. Totally straight facts and completely pleasant to myself and my wife. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. More
