We already knew that this was the car/suv we wanted but after stopping in to at least 3 other area d My wife and I were shopping for a Dodge Durango. We already knew that this was the car/suv we wanted but after stopping in to at least 3 other area dealerships for information we couldn't decide on where to go. The reason we couldn't decide where to go was that none of the salesmen/women in those dealerships could provide us with any useful information on the Durango. One of the salesmen went so far as to tell us that the model we were sitting in was a top of the line Citidel when even the badges on the car clearly said SXT. We left there in a hurry. A few weeks after that expirience we walked in to White Plains Chrysler / Dodge. We were approached by a salesman named Chris Bambace. He was not pushy but let us know that if we had any questions he was available to help us. We decided to give Chris a chance and after a few minutes of conversation my wife and I knew that White Plains Chrysler / Dodge was where we would be getting our new car. Chris was able to find the car we wanted and a few short days later we were driving our new Dodge Durango Crew..... Not the Citidel or SXT... Thank you Chris and Joe. More

First I went to the Jeep dealership in White Plains, NY. The salesman there was very polite but unfortunately the manager Ted was arrogant and rude. I was trading in my 7 year old Jeep Grand Cherokee for a The salesman there was very polite but unfortunately the manager Ted was arrogant and rude. I was trading in my 7 year old Jeep Grand Cherokee for a 2012 Wrangler and they only wanted to give me $8,500 for it, when it was worth a lot more. He said they wouldn't budge on it and that was the best they could do. I told them that I would go to Central Ave Chrysler dealership and Ted said, "tell them I said hi" with his sarcasm and nasty attitude. Who in their right mind would talk to a customer like that. Well I did go to Central Ave Chrysler dealership and purchased the car within a half hour of being there. The people were curteous and accomodating. Not only did they give me a deal for my trade in which they gave me $10,500, something White Plains said they couldn't do because they only wanted to give me $8,500, but they beat the price on the new car too. Our salesperson went above and beyond for us, even aplogizing for what happened at White Plains, even though he had nothing to do with their arrogant nasty ways at White Plains. Joe C. was our salesperson and he was awaesome! Gave us exactly what we wanted and some. We purchased our brand new car and the next day picked it up. The whole process with Joe, Jimmy, and Gui at Central Ave Chrysler was above and beyond what any other dealership has ever been and sure better then White Plains. Plus we were stuck at the White Plains one for 2-3 hours. We were at Central Ave Chrysler for about an hour in total. Go in and talk to Joe at Central Ave Chrysler. I promise you will not be disappointed! I would highly highly highly recommend them. If you don't believe it, go to WP and then go to Yonkers and see it for yourself. If you want to deal with professional people and not amateurs, go to Yonkers and if you want to save money go to Yonkers. More
