I first purchased a vehicle from Mr Antigua in March of 2010. He was effecient, didn't waste time, got down to what I was looking for. He has been fantastic in getting my vehicle in and out. Last week I came into the service department to get the state inspection and oil change. Tony took care of me in service - was in and out in about 45 minutes. As I was walking through the showroom - Alex recognized me by face... asked me my last name and said that I should stop by and see him when I was finished. He noted that under my current lease I had the option to roll into a new vehicle - it's less that a week later and I am in a new vehicle - with an upgrade from what I was previously driving. Alex made the process so easy, all the paperwork was together, quick and easy. Ralph handled balance of the paper work is a clean and quick manner - sold me on the new Zurich tire plan - which had not been previosly offered. And the day I picked the car up I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Sacks as plates were going on my new car and final paperwork was being processed. What a valuable face for the front lines of the dealership. Pray I have his strength and wit at his age. All around the flow of this dealership is connected - there is unity, each entity works in conjunction with one another - which equates to a superior level of customer service. It is also so nice to see familar faces, Alex & Ralph both handled the process in 2010. The convienance of this location is also a factor for me personally as well. People return based on how they were handled, people also generally stay at jobs based on how they respect their employer - overall experience speaks to the leadership of the dealer.
