Browsing the lot for a new Jeep, Suresh introduced himself and asked if I had any questions. I had plenty and his professionalism was evident from the beginning of my exploratory process. I explained to him my unique situation, and from that point on it was taken into account through the entire experience. In other words, he didn't try to "steer" me in any other direction than where I needed to be. After he walked me to the inventory lot at the top of the parking garage in the hot summer heat (I was wearing shorts, he was not so fortunate) we selected a few models that I wanted to get some pricing options on. We came back to his desk, and he took the time to clearly and effectively show me all the options I was considering. From there, he sat back and gave me the time to think about this decision based on the numbers he came up with for me. He did not press me at all, he simply presented the information I needed and allowed me to make an educated decision. Most importantly, he was honest and up front from the beginning. The initial numbers he gave me stayed true, and there were no pricing "add-ons" or "I forgot to mentions" after the fact. Suresh Nayak took his time, gave me all the information I needed and was an enjoyable salesperson to work with throughout the entire process. I ended up leasing my Jeep, and I have full confidence knowing I can contact Suresh in the future to discuss anything regarding this car moving forward. A great pleasure to work with.
