From start to finish he was easy to work with, extremely polite and patient, and was very knowledgeable about his products. We got a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. The car is amazing, and the experience with Suresh was wonderful. We got a good deal, and did not leave with a bad taste in our mouths that we have had with other dealers/salespeople. We will be back when my wife's current lease is up in a few months, and will be repeat customers for a long time to come. Augie should know that he has some truly great people working for him. When it broke down for the second time, it was towed to the dealership, which did not even work on it for more than 24 hours and they gave my wife such a run-around for hours over the phone that she had to finally show up there in person to complain in person. They still haven't told us when the car will be fixed and have refused even to provide us with a loaner car - to add insult to injury. I speak highly of Dino in Sales but in his absence, this dealership, particularly its service department treats us without dignity. More
