Worst Experience Buying a Car On 1/17/15 I contacted White Plains Chrysler Jeep Dodge about a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara that was available for sale on their website. I wa On 1/17/15 I contacted White Plains Chrysler Jeep Dodge about a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara that was available for sale on their website. I was then contacted by Eddy Rosario that same day. I spoke with Eddy and asked several questions about the Wrangler and informed her that I was from Waterbury, CT (about 1.5 hours away) and that I would like to come and take a look at the Wrangler on Monday 1/19/15. Eddy answered all of my questions and assured me that the Wrangler was still available and that she would have it ready for a test drive on Monday. Monday 1/19/15 comes around and I contact Eddy before I leave CT to again ensure that the Wrangler is still available. She assures me that it is available and that they will have it ready for a test drive and that they cannot wait to see me. I drive 1.5 hours from Waterbury, CT to White Plains, NY. Upon my arrival, I explain to the first person I see who I am, and that I have been dealing with Eddy. I then ask to see Eddy. After a short wait, a salesperson who I have not dealt with comes out and informs me that the Wrangler I was supposed to come see is not available because the dealership has it in their warehouse off site, and has attached a plow to it, and are using it to plow. I am beyond baffled as to why this information was not given to me two days prior when I inquired about the vehicle. Or why was this information withheld from me when I spoke to Eddy that Monday morning? I understand that we are all human and make mistakes, but why could Eddy herself not come out and tell me this information in person? Instead some salesman who does not even care about my experience has to tell em this. To make it worse, that salesman didn't even offer to show me any other vehicles. Here I am with CASH in my pocket, looking to purchase a vehicle, and nobody wants to help me. I do not know how businesses can run this way. Thank you for making me waste an entire afternoon of work to come look at a vehicle that I was assured would be available for a test drive, only to get there and find out nothing Eddy told me was true. STAY AWAY FUTURE CUSTOMERS unless you are looking for more headaches. More

Stay away from Ted! Suresh is the best. I bought a used Lincoln Aviator from the dealership. I dealt with Suresh. Suresh was the main reason why I bought my vehicle. Unfortunately Suresh was new at the time so Ted Plenge had to help with the deal. Let me say Ted is pushy, sarcastic, rude and will lie to get the deal done. He wants you to rush to a decision, makes sarcastic jokes. Was rude to my wife who asked reasonable questions. Like "where did you get the monthly payment from?" Ted was giving us a higher monthly payment, my wife caught him and then he was like I'm sorry I did the math wrong. He should check those numbers before giving them to a customer. He also lied about the extended warranty we bought. He told us the warranty would cover up to 100,000/miles. After we took the car home we looked at the warranty and noticed it only covered us for 2 years and not 100,000/miles. When we called Ted and complained about this, saying he lied to us. Ted's response was well you signed the paperwork. It was our mistake because we did sign without reading but he blatantly lied to us. I don't reccomend this dealership but if you do decide to shop there. I suggest dealing with Suresh and make sure Ted stays away from your deal! More

jeep to be fix I had an accident in Aug and took the service department 3 months to fix it. Finally i received my car back and a day later i had to bring it back bec I had an accident in Aug and took the service department 3 months to fix it. Finally i received my car back and a day later i had to bring it back because was a loud noise for the front of the car. Mr perfection Chris Conticchio for service department told me that he did everything correct and was impossible that my car was making a lound sound. Guess what? it was the bearing on the car. I had to rent a car again and 10 days later my car was fixed. Now i have my car for 20 days and the engine light went on and the AC is not working, i had to bring it back again, and one more time im paying for a rental. Of course the service department saying that wasn't their faul and it has nothing to do with the first accident. This was the worse experience, the quality of the job is poor, and also dealing with an arrogant mechanic that doesnt listen at all, and is in the jeep shop just over 2 years... so disappointed More

My horror started after I left the dealership and has been a nightmare for the past 2 years. This car has been in for service more times than imaginable. I have a stack of service invoices about an inch high. I must mention that the service dept is great, especially Chris. He has always been very helpful and goes beyond what he should to satisfy. The problem is the car and how management just turned a blind eye to all the issues. The owner should have swapped out the car. That would have been the right thing to do. They are all aware of all the problems with the car and how many times I have had it there for service, then having to rent a car (which I have done several times). At the time of me writing this review (November 29th), the car is at my local mechanic (since wednesday) because it died on me (again!) I had to have it towed to the mechanic, who is working on it. It is just so unfair to have this many problems with a car, especially when I bought it brand new. I would not recommend this dealership nor the Chrysler brand. They both stink in my book, and I have a folder of paperwork to prove it. Anthony Consentino More
